[bug] Emails from profile page

While writing couple of messages for different members I saw this message "You are only allowed to send an email every %x minutes."
It's ok for delay, but I think %x should be changed to something more meaningful :)

My tests shown what x = 5 :)

Another small bug at emails form. Gray border around form at right bottom corner is slightly broken. I'm using Chromium btw.
