refresh the page, it move to 148 and keeps on increasing on every refresh. So actually so many people did not read it.
Maybe it has to be reworded to (147 views so far) ?

Yes, it's a good idea, and it's not too complicated (of course, it won't be exact always, but very close to it) to make it, by using cookies, and logged in users id.

I would suggest that just rewording is enough.

It does not seem like a critical piece of information and will never be exact. Most people will only see each page once and the number of views (instead of users) will give a feeling of relevance - if the same user comes back again it is because it is important to him.

It make sense too. Rewording is just fine too :)
