Radio Frequency Simulation Systems, Inc. (RFSS) is a leader in the design, development, and manufacture of complex hardware in the loop simulation equipment and jamming systems for the defense and aerospace industries worldwide. Over the course of the past 2 years, RFSS has embarked on the mission of becoming the industry leader in the design and development of Radar Simulation equipment and Digital RF Memory (DRFM) products.
Incumbent will work as a member of an engineering group responsible for new products and systems to include software design, documentation, implementation and test of the software. Interface with other engineering staff to ensure overall requirements of the software design have been met.
Minimum of either a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Computer Engineering (BSCE), or Computer Science (BSCS). Masters of Science degree a plus.
At least 7 years of experience as a software engineer in a design capacity, preferably in a like engineering environment; experience in developing PC based software in C++ on a Windows OS; experience in all phases of product development from inception through to completion of final product installation, as required. U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance is required.
