Black screen app when launching thru desktop icon on Nokia N9

Hi,
a strange problem has occurred after I've switched qmls and other files from resources to deploymentfolders.
If I start my app thru terminal or QtCreator it works very well...if I just tap on desktop icon, it shows me a blank screen without images, sounds and mouse area.What could be the problem?!
