计划基于Python QT5.X 开发软件。基于PyQt5.QtCore,PyQt5.QtGui,PyQt5.QtWidgets,PyQt5.QtWidgets 这几个基础模块编辑软件，然后给我的客户用（不收费，当赠品）。按如下方式，是否就能免费商用
1.将QT的dll放到程序目录下；
2.加入QT的版权声明。
