How to fix this in installing "server replied: Forbidden"

When I install the laster QtCreator in my MacBook Pro M1 Pro, but I get the "web wrong", "server replied: Forbidden", even replaced the mirror of tuna of Tsinghua university, that wrong information arise again.
I want install the Qt6.6 for personal develop, this problem bring after update the new discreteness.

I got this, type your qt_xxx_online.dmg volume in terminal, and type "your_installer --mirror https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/qt"
