Problem with qt apps on raspberry pi4 over VNC

I've managed to build on pi4 Qt 6.4.1 & QtCreator but top menus do not work when I connect from my Windows machine with VNC. Same with other apps like cmake-gui

On the other hand if I connect using Remote Desktop (at least with X11) the same apps work perfectly.

Any ideas?
