User can rate his own topic

Just noticed that I can rate up posts written by myself. I don't think it is needed behavior, so I'm voting for changing it to restrict user to rate his own materials.

Also as I understood user has unlimited count of "rate this up". For now it is something near "non matter", but when site will be public there will be users how will rate up all topics (and their count in public mode will be enormous I think) and receive ranks by this (because each "rate up" gives one point). For me it sounds not good, because ranks give some power (such as tags editing/removing and moderating).
