Modificare background color di QPushbutton

Ho un problema in linea di principio semplice ma a cui non trovo ancora soluzione: vorrei cambiare il background color di un QPushButton in QDesigner. Ho provato ha moficare la proprietà 'palette' con 'change palette' ma non accade nulla; ho provato anche con 'change stylesheet' ma senza risultato.

Avreset qualche suggerimento ?
