Cross compile on rpi 4

My qmake version is 3.1 based on 5.15.2

In tools i selected qmake as the 5.15.2 instead of 5.11
Everything is fine..
But when i run error is showing..
qt.qpa.plugin: couldn't find the qt platform plugins "xcb" in "".
