Cross compile on rpi 4

My qmake version is 3.1 based on 5.15.2
In tools i selected qmake as the 5.15.2 instead of 5.11
Everything is fine..
But when i run error is showing..
qt.qpa.plugin: couldn't find the qt platform plugins "xcb" in "".@bhanupro
this error has been answered literally hundred times already in this forum.

@raven-worx yeah bro i saw so many change the path export the path but couldn't work for me

mostly its about installing missing packages, bro
