Please download a browser that supports JavaScript, or enable it if it's disabled (i.e. NoScript).
The QmlProjectManager plugin is disabled with the new Qt installation. Go to Help -> About Plugins -> find the QmlProject plugin and enable it. After that just restart the QtCreator and it works.
