Introducing the Nokia N9: all it takes is a swipe!
-
Also Nokia N9 happens to be the first mobile device running WebKit 2. N80 was the first one running Webkit 1.

Can I pre-order this? ;;) I need to buy a smart-phone anyway and what better than the Qt and Meego based N9! Oh and it looks so coool!

Yes, go to swipe.nokia.com and there is all the information you need.

bq. Yes, go to swipe.nokia.com and there is all the information you need.
Hmm... I checked there, but only found a "check availability" button. And the countries drop-down has no "India". In fact, China is the only Asian country on the list.

While I don't agree with their pessimism, here is an opinion piece on Ars Technica about the N9:

Wow now I seriously consider writing Qt apps for MeeGo and Symbian. I hesitate because not only Nokia didn't expose a clear future for MeeGo, but I heard the process to submit and maintain your application on Ovi store is a real pain. Do somebody have more info about the latter ?

May not agree with you on this.. I have submitted 2 applications recently. The process is very much straightforward and does not take much time to publish it once your application is ready. And you get to see detailed report of your application performance everyday and you can see how many people have downloaded your application in each country and for each phone model.
check www.publish.ovi.com for more details and Qt SDK 1.1 is helping me a lot.
