Funny functionality in link in wiki

While editing a page in wiki, I stumbled upon a fun fonctionality
When linking a website using common syntax, stuff put in parenthesis appears in tooltip when putting the mouse cursor over the link. Pretty nice!

Example

• "home sweet home(my personal website)":http://www.revelut.ch

I have already updated the wiki syntax description "page(wiki syntax page)":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/wiki/TextileSyntax accordingly. However as I tested it worked only for the links with absolute URLs.
