QPlainTextEdit、QTextBrowser 设置ReadOnly以后，在中文输入法(下图是Win10自带的微软拼音)下可以输入。英文确实无法输入，但是中文环境下可以通过输入法输入。
经测试，使用Qt6.5.2有这个BUG，使用Qt5.15.2没有这个BUG。
