Looking for Qt work in Australia from Sept 2017

Due to our UK family migration plans from the UK, I will be looking for Qt related work in Australia from Sept 2017.

My main experience has been with Qt QML (used not just for UI purposes) for Automotive-related software on desktop and Android and also the Qt C++ back end (networking, storage, behaviour model, plugins).

The visa I will be applying for is the Skilled Independent Subclass 189 Permanent Residency Visa under ANZSCO code 261313 (Software Engineer). Since I have already achieved a positive skills assessment from the Australian Computer Society I have a potential 75 points for the points-based Visa application programme.

Please see my LinkedIn profile for much more detail on my work history and experience. I know this is an advanced notice but if you want to get in touch in the meantime, please feel free.

    Kind regards,

    Michael Trahearn

Thanks to all who viewed this topic: I will in fact be starting a new Qt UI development role in South Brisbane from August 2017.
