It looks like you have enabled the 'StudioWelcome' plugin manually. The plugin is only supposed to be enabled as part of Qt Design Studio.

While Qt Creator and Qt Design Studio share the same code base, they are really two separate products. I suggest you install Qt Design Studio in parallel if you want to make use of it.

For Qt Creator, make sure the 'StudioWelcome' plugin in Help > About Plugins is unchecked:
