Yes, for that you have to be a member and logged in to the system right. I am discussing a scenario when you are not logged in to QDN.

I was wondering how it got unobserved this long. May be its because most of us are logged in always and never log out.

Yes, it got fixed. Now the option to add a tag is not shown.
