It is kind of an odd idea and right it is empty.

If the group is deleted the forums/threads should be moved somewhere else or deleted as well, don't you think?

Not sure, but I think it is forum for possible future removed forums. For example if group owner decided that group doesn't need a forum and requested its removing.

Denis is right, as usual. :)

It should not be visible to anyone but admins, we shall fix.

That makes sense (if is only visible to admins). Have I been promoted? :)

Don't you think we should have a forum where deleted forum post exists.

            It is like Trash Forum.

No, if it was deleted it was due to some reason.Say if a post was deleted due to spam or using foul language why would you want others to view it in trash.

Besides, admins have the option to move interesting threads into another suitable forum.

Alexandra, btw, maybe we should have forum like "Limbo"? or "Lounge" is ok for all not-related-to-qt themes?

"Lounge" is good for anything worth typing given it's English. :)

I have just deleted this category “Deleted group forums”, for now since it is not in use at the for now, we should create it when we need it in future :)
