OpenID issue
-
Again on the topic of OpenID, I wanted to continue "my last thread":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/forums/viewthread/2485/ on the topic but unfortunately it was closed, so I had to start a new one.
I hear people complaining about the OpenID "isn't working":http://twitter.com/flakerimi/status/19454149473075200 he was mentioning the QtDevNet, also another friend of mine had the same complaint, I also tried signing in with OpenID with no luck, is anybody here using OpenID?
Another suggestion it would be good to include simple providers such as "myOpenID":https://www.myopenid.com/ for signing in.

Hi,
I'm using OpenID and it works.
I justlogged out and in again, no problem.I'm using verisignlabs.com as provider.
-
I should again ask people what providers they are using. I will try (again) using myOpenID though. Thanks for sharing your experience :D

I once tried with OpenID (from google) and it worked. Although I don't use it anymore, as it's too cumbersome to type in an ugly lengthy URL when a nice username does the same job.
The old thread is closed because it is about adding OpenID to QDN, not about problems with it.

Yes I thought so. But I would ask them with which provider they are trying to sign in.
Thank you all for confirmation.

I have tested it with myopenid.com as well and it works like a charm :)

Yes, that is my thought as well. I should check again.

The problem seems to exist with myOpenID provider, I just tried signing in using myOpenID username it says that the OpenID doesn't exist.

If you have the another different account in OpenID then check using that.
Then again come back to the original account.
(Just for suggestion).
