When are the results of the beta exams due?

I would like to get a reaction for a knowledgeable Troll on this topic. Seeing our own offices empty out for the holiday season, I imagine it is not much different in Oslo or whereever the Trolls working on certification hang out. An update on the status of the Qt Specialist certifications would be welcome.

FWIW I logged into my Pearson account a few minutes ago and the status of the tests changed from "taken" to "pass". But I did not get any eMail or so, so I am still not 100% sure whether it is real or just some kind of system hiccup :-)

Very interesting! I don't have such an account (AFAIK, had troubles with that when taking the test at the last dev days too), so I can't check for myself!

Did you take the advanced beta tests? If so, you are already a Certified Developer, so you have earned a badge for that at least. Ask MariusG how to get one.

I've checked my Pearson VUE account too and confirm that status was changed (I also have both adv exams with "pass" status). So official results notification is near? :)

Hey, the state has changed, that's good to know. So I think they finished the stuff and will send out the certificates :-)

If all goes well, I'll get some login info from Pearson soon, so I hope I'll be able to check my results too... Exciting!

Yes! A pass for both the Advanced Widgets and the C++ for Qt exams. :-)

Seems I can claim that "Nokia Certified Qt Specialist" badge. Nice way to end the year!

Yes, we do have the day off tomorrow to decorate our trees, wrap the presents and slave in the kitchen (and the rest of the apartment in my case). At least, I'm done with all the shopping...

I was hoping for something a little more dramatic: pass.... not even the score... OK, it is better than fail :)

I am still waiting for my t-shirt! They told me that I could get one only if I passed the test... Here you have it, I did :)

So now back to the basics... at least I will get a nice badge under my avatar :)

I think we should wait for the official email to arrive, after that the certificates should be printed then mailed to us.

Yes, according to the "web page":http://qt.nokia.com/developer/learning/certification/qt-certification-advanced-exams the essential exam is a prerequisite for the advanced certification. As far as I understood, you can take the advanced exam first, but you are not a "Nokia Certified Qt Specialist" as long as you did not pass the essential exam.
