[Solved]Group forums not display all group

In the root page of devnet forum there is a section Group Forum that display groups, now there is only qt russia and qt brasil, but in the list of qt group there is much group like qt india,site moderators.
Why they don't compare in that section?

Group owner can decide if fforum is needed for group.

ok, I can see Russia and India, but not Brazil ... and I have set the Qt India forum as a Public forum. Can you cross check and confirm

Only super admins can accept "create group" requests. That would be I guess Alexandra and Marius.
