Use of CamelCase

When translating "WikiHelp":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/wiki/WikiHelp , I read that article titles in CamelCase would be preferred. Is this information up-to-date? - there is no built-in auto-linking facility in Textile...

Not really related, but...
I’d like to see something happening to whole titling scheme; currently articles doesn’t have titles, only link names, so if I’m correct, inserting that alternative name just creates ”pseudo article” with new link pointing to real article...
And those pseudo article names converts itself using _, not CamelCase. I don’t really think article name should be technical, the link can be (and should be), but name is something technical limits shouldn’t restrict nowadays.

Should we start a poll on this?

Then do it :-)
Currently we have no common use of CamelCase (also I forgot sometimes... :-( ). -

CamelCase harms more than it uses, as long as automatic in-wiki linking is not enabled. (and enabling it seems not to be planned)
Why spend effort on a feature that isn't used?
