It looks like if I've rated up a thread and after it the threas was moved or merged I can rate it up again (and rate up counter is not resetting, so I can give two votes for one thread in some cases).
Well spotted Denis, we shall look into it.
Gurudutt has a fix, will be out on next roll-out.
