How does tagging work?

I can't seem to figure out what to do with those tag buttons on the top-right. Or how to show all items tagged with 'X'.
And I'm a bit curious why a product name not made anymore for some time now is in the taglist ;)Am I missing something obvious?

Yep, it's not implemented yet.
