[bug] The 'Submit Post' and 'Preview Post' buttons' style issue

Sometimes, usually on first load in the browser after a browser restart, when I move the mouse over either of the two buttons, they completely turn white. I move out, and move back in, correct style is shown. Can randomly reproduce this on browser restarts

The hover-style is loaded as you hover the button, if you have a high ping to the server (Oslo, Norway - I guess you do) then the first time will be a bit slow. After that it should live happily in your browser cache and be instant.

But, I think we can do something about what is shown while the hover state is fetched.
