[Moved] Wiki in russian. codepage broken

Hi!

I've translated Wiki MainPage into russian.

Preview(in editing mode) shows page properly... but after submission the page is totally broken.... It's seems like a DB problem, or php <-> DB connection problem.... Mostly it happens if DB collation is in Unicode and DB connection is latin1(by default)...

Can you take care about that!? Please!

Have found another "BUG": I can't mark cyrilic text as bold text.

Example: bold text, выделенный текст

It just shows stars around the text.
