There is a small pseudo-link Learn more in replying and new thread blocks. It will be good to show green tooltip only when mouse stops for a moment at this link. For now tooltip is shown even if we move mouse quickly across it and it is slightly annoying.

We have added a 250ms delay to it, it will go live in tomorrows roll-out :)
