Need suggestion for RFID touch device

Hi. I have to write a custom application based on RFID and Qt for a customer.
I'm looking for a device with a touch display, Linux based, with one or more than one RFID reader embedded.
The device has to been installed in a factory so I need a wall mountable device.
Can anyone suggest me anything? -
You can use Raspberry Pi with it's own 7" touch display and original case for it.
