Block chain Stellar Qt SDK

I introduce this port i did from the official Stellar Java SDK to Qt.

For people who don't know about Stellar: it is an efficient, environment responsive block chain with support to issue other tokens inside and a distributed market to exchange them.

I discovered it a while ago and I saw it as a great piece to build things, from IoT projects to gamification

I summited it for the current competition they do to develop new things around Stellar. I invite anyone to participate in this round or in next ones. I can offer my support if you decide to participate doing something in Qt.
