LibQGLViewer installation

I have installed the OpenSource version of libQGL viewer from http://www.libqglviewer.com/ but i dont exactly understand how to configure it coz i need the bin,include and lib path for cmake configuration of the project. I have not installed Qt but i have the qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.8.4 installed in E:\OpenCV\dep\qt\qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.8.4. Can i get some easy steps on how to configure libQGLViewer and what are the software required to configure it.
