用QT4.7.3编写的通过QODBC访问oracle数据库（字符集设置为ZHS16CGB231280）程序：
1、在windows下，返回结果字段里中文出现乱码，尝试用QTextCodec进行转换，也不能正确显示。
2、在Linux下，返回的记录值全部为空串。
