QT UI Designer and Programmer

General
QT UI Deisgner and Programmer is required to develop a UI for Image Processing Tasks.
Requirements
- Good Design Skills to build an intuitive and minimalistic UI.
References are Topaz Denoise, Imagenomic Noiseware and Macphun Noiseless. - The UI will be built from a Main windows Displaying the Image, Preview Pane and Parameters Panel.
- The code should be flexible, well documented and using conventions agreed.
- The UI should be both OS X and Windows compatible.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Someone with "A Touch" for UI and not only a programmer.
- Can work in a team over the Internet in order that the whole team will understand the code and integration would be easy.
- Focused and available now.
We'd like to make a real progress very soon and have something working as soon as possible. - Knowledge about working with Photoshop and Photoshop API is preferred though not mandatory.
