Post notifications should include author in addition to message body

The "Someone just posted in ..." e-mail notification is nice, and since it already contains the forum name, post title and message body, it should probably also contain the name of the person who posted instead of "Someone"

And a small nitpick: "To stop receiving notifications for this comment, click here:" should probably be "To stop receiving notifications for this post, click here:"
