Graphic Products is looking to add a skilled Software Engineer to our growing team of engineers. This individual would work on within an experienced group of engineers and researchers to assist in product improvement and development working extensively with Qt.
Responsibilities:
Research and deploy software tools to support development.
Build software systems and modules for embedded software development.
Written documentation for own software development.
Contribute enhancements and provide development support for existing product lines.
Works in both an independent and team member environment to meet multiple product release cycles.Required Skills and Abilities:
Experience with Qt environment
Experience in C, C++
Skills in C++ using object-oriented design and coding techniques.
Strong understanding of Linux.
Experience in script (bash, Python, etc.) creation.
.NET programming
Experience coding drivers
Software validation skills – unit and system testing
Education and Experience:BSCS strongly preferred (MSCS a plus) or the equivalent in training and experience.
3+ years experience using formal software development processes.We are looking for local candidates only, or those planning to relocate to the area. Starting salary: $60k - $80k DOE
