    Although not used much the Extras Notepad tool can have some text editing features added to it.

      The notepad doesn't have any output, the content there will always be shown to you in an editable text box and we can't really get much formatting in there.

        Say it would be helpful. If we need to store some links and references. Also if I need to categorize something using bold and highlighted fonts

          But that would be a problem for copying and pasting later that format, isn't it? You would need the plain text version (to copy it to a form where the format is needed), and the "formatted" version.

          I would leave it as it is, IMHO, for simplicity. :)

            Yes, thats right. Copying and pasting would be a problem.
