Problemas com nmake e variáveis de ambiente

Olá pessoal,

Sou iniciante na área de desenvolvimento de software. Estou tentando criar bibliotecas QT versão 4.8.2 em Windows 7 - 32 bit (86x) - MSCV 2010, mas a configuração foi interrompida.
Copiei todos os parâmetros de configuração e resultados abaixo. O arquivo nmake está corrompido. Além disso, como devo fazer o setup das variáveis de ambiente? Alguém pode me ajudar?
