Current top 5 this week seems to go up only

The values of the current top 5 seems to go up only. This happened before. I am wondering, if this is again an issue.
It does not seem to be an issue of the move to qt-project.org so.

I think this is a side effect of the move/new usage terms: People seem to show up in the top 5 only after they have accepted the new terms.

I think the origin must be before the move. The numbers were climbing already then. Let see, how it changes over time. Guts-feeling tells that I have not changed my pattern, but the points have doubled in the last week.
