Forums Login Problem

At home, I have no trouble logging into the forums, but when I try to log into the forums on an IT manage computer network I have problems. The site doesn't look blocked. When I type my user name and password, the page just reloads and does nothing. If I happen to type my password wrong, it'll send me an error saying something does not match. On the IT computer, i tried logging in on a VM, I tried using IE, Chrome and firefox browsers and nothing. However, I can log onto my other forums?
Anyone have an idea of what is going on?
