Excuse me, but I am not completely understand what devnet means under "Docmarks" and "docnotes". And, please give me examples and links. I created some pages in wiki (maybe docnote is wiki page).

Nah, don't. Especially, the docmark feature hasn't tested very well with users and will need some more love. Besides, asking in a nice way is never stupid! ;)
