Integrate the Qt SDK 4.7.4 with PostgreSQL. 9.1

Ola,
Estou tentando integrar o Qt SDK versão 4.7.4 com o PostgreSQL. 9.1.
O Qt esta instalado na partição d:\Qt. . E o Postgre na c:\PostegreSQL.
Estou usando o Windows 7 porfissional.
