Here it is, a very very basic Text Editor written by me, my first, so go easy on me, =P. I can't figure out how to make the title update the files name. Anybody who wants to tinker with it, go ahead, =). Also, some of the codes in there, I got from the Example..

Reason for editing, I found out why my signals and slots weren't working for my Edit Menu.

Heh, I'm just stating, I did it myself, something to be some what proud of, =P. IT can be better, but it's a start, =).

          Hi Richard,

          Thanks for sharing.

Rokemoon was just showing you a link to something similar. You can look into it, learn a few things and maybe others can learn from yours too ;)

Eddy, you read my mind :-). I showed the example to RichardM198030 not rest on their laurels and continued to improve his knowledge.

Yeah, anyway, enjoy,. =). Feel free to modify the new file, I haven't coded it, since I"m fairly new, I have no idea how to go about making New functional.

Aaah, thanks, =). I've been trying to learn how to go by the Qt Reference Page, but I'm having a hard time, kinda blinded in a way, it's weird, without the proper knowledge, References wouldn't be of much help, if you know what I mean. I have a friend who's been helping me too. He's been studying Qt as well, althought not as much, he's a C Programmer, he doesn't like C++ due to classes, but we all have our languages we like. Said something about writing his own Operating System, I said yeah, good luck with that, haha. He uses FreeBSD, and he wrote his own Window Manager, it's awesome, I love how well he did it.
