Hello! So I started my project in VS and would like to use the QTDesigner to edit code which i already have, is there any way to convert a regular dll project to a project that i can edit using QTDesigner? (Not the IDE, just the drag and drop thing.)

just the drag and drop thing

the "drag and drop thing" let's you edit .ui (XML) files. It's a stand-alone application by the way.

Did you do the design using qt designer ? If yes then you can edit using qt designer. If not then you can not edit UI. There is nothing like converting your dll project to designer project.

@Mehodin Using the designer you can't edit C++ code. Designer creates/edits a UI file (XML format), this file is then converted to C++ code when you build your project.
So, if you already have C++ code which creates your UI then you will need to edit this code to change the UI.
