Unsolved Qt Creator complains that MaintenanceTool.app is missing. Where is its location set?
-
Hi all. This is on a Mac. I saw fit to move my Qt installation into a different directory. Now, on launch, it complains that "The maintenance tool at "/data/Qt/MaintenanceTool.app/Contents/MacOS/MaintenanceTool" is not an executable. Check your installation."
Obviously I know where it went, but I can find no way to tell Qt Creator. I searched in the plug-in maintenance area and even did a text search of all the files in the Qt config under ~/.config.
Where is the location of the maintenance tool set?
Thanks!

You should not do this as Qt libs are patched during installation to put the library paths.
You should install Qt again this time in the location where you want to have it. -
Thanks. I finally dug up the offline installer and downloaded it so I don't have to go through this every time.
Not sure why the company thinks hiding the offline installer is going to lead to profit, but whatever.

Not sure what you mean by that and how it would lead to profit.
Online installer is simply the default option. You can still download the offline installer if you need it...
