QMenuwill do the job. It's your task to fill it with useful items, and to position it on the screen, though.Qt has to stay free or it will die.

@aha_1980 i am new to Qt, so i will be happy if you say what exact function will make that little window appear for every word in textEdit.
I'd start by connecting the signal textChanged to a slot. There you can check the latest word with QTextCursor.
Everything else is up to you.
Qt has to stay free or it will die.
