qtvstools 2.3.0

By default, e.g.
GeneratedFiles/qrc_MainWindow.cpp can't be built, because not include "stdafx.h"
GeneratedFiles\Debug\moc_MainWindow.cpp has "stdafx.h" been included

How to let qrc_MainWindow.cpp include "stdafx.h" when generating?
