VSAddin: Crash and reboot while converting a pro to VS solution

I have just setup a new PC including VS and Qt 5.12.0. I have tried various versions of VS addin, but I can't get it to work at all.
When I try to convert a Qt pro project to a VS solution, VS crashes and reboots almost immediately.
Even a conversion of minimal project doesn't work.
Any ideas ? Any log files etc where I can look into?
