I am working on a project with my friends. And I need to get video from camera module of raspberry pi and encode it in h264 format then stream the video to PC wirelessly. Which of the libraries above best for such job (RTS, RTSP ,UDP video streaming etc.) ?

      Hi,

AFAIK all three can do it.

IIRC, GStreamer allows you for more complex pipeline setup which might provide you with more tools to achieve what you want.
