how to use Qt In App Purchase with C++

Hello guys,
I want to publish a PC application to windows store, it is not planed to undergo the purchase from inside the app, but i want to test the purchase so that i can activate the application. Unfortunately, there is no example in C++, if somebody can provide it, it would be great .
I am lost in the documentation of the Q In App Purchase, what should be called ?

thank you JKSH for the link, i am aware of it, but i feel i could not digest it, some information is missing, i wonder if there is an example, how can i test it ?
how can i get the purchase receipt number?
