I think yes, I use QT +=multimedia is OK. how can I confirm or installed qt5-multimedia package?

That something you do with ArchLinux's package manager, you should learn to use it.

If you still have that problem after ensuring that you have all Qt 5 packages installed then you should bring that to the ArchLinux folks.
